Welcome to Ethereal Eve Creations! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions

All orders require full payment upfront before processing. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our 2–7 business day processing period. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been paid for.

All deliveries are handled exclusively through Pep Paxi and courier guy. Delivery time depends on your selected option (3–5 or 7–9 business days). Ethereal Eve Creations is not responsible for any delays caused by Pep Paxi , courier guy or incorrect customer information.

Due to hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchanges are accepted once a product has been opened, worn, or altered. Refunds are only offered if the wrong or damaged item is received. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order, along with proof (photos AND unboxing videos).

Please handle your synthetic hair gently to maintain its quality and longevity. Please read my maintenance page thoroughly to ensure it lasts .

Double-check your name, address, and Paxi branch code before confirming your order. Ethereal Eve Creations cannot be held liable for parcels lost , discarded or delayed due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
please kindly note the shipping fee is non-refundable no matter what .
we will not be held liable for parcels lost in the hands of the courier , please pick the safest options to avoid disappointment.
