Thank you for choosing Ethereal eve Creations. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if the correct order is send out .

We only accept refunds or exchanges if:

• You received the wrong item, or

• The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order , please provide an unboxing video ( required ) and include clear photos of the product and packaging exactly as you received it .

For any incorrect or defective units , we urge you to please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used hair products ( this includes brushed or altered units )
• Sale or promotional items
• Custom-made or special-order items

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective . Shipping costs are in no way refundable
